By accessing or using Starline VPS services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Service Description
Starline VPS provides fully managed application hosting and deployment services. These services include application deployment, infrastructure management, monitoring, security, and support.
We do not provide direct server or root access. Infrastructure configuration and operational decisions are managed exclusively by Starline VPS.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating and maintaining an account
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use the services only for lawful purposes
- Ensure that applications and content you deploy comply with applicable laws
- Not attempt to bypass security controls or interfere with service stability
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services to:
- Host, store, or distribute illegal or unlawful content
- Engage in spam, phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
- Distribute malware, ransomware, or other harmful code
- Attempt unauthorized access or abuse system resources
- Mine cryptocurrency or perform resource-intensive background processing without approval
- Violate intellectual property or privacy rights
- Store or transmit child sexual abuse or exploitation material
5. Payment and Billing
All fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of services. Refunds, if any, are subject to our refund policy.
6. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable and highly available services and target 99.9% uptime. However, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including third-party infrastructure providers or customer-deployed application issues.
7. Data Management and Backups
Automated backups may be performed as part of certain service plans. However, you remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your application data.
Starline VPS is not liable for data loss resulting from application errors, user actions, or external events.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the platform.
Upon termination, your data may be permanently deleted after a reasonable retention period.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starline VPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
